VITALIA in North Olmsted

Control Concepts of Ohio installed two MACH-ProCom devices to control large mechanical equipment. With its scalable inputs and outputs, extensive network routing abilities, and compact size, the MACH-ProCom achieves an optimum balance between form and function. For control of rooftop and small mechanical room equipment, the dealer used two MACH-Pro2 and three MACH-ProZone devices,
each a fully programmable BACnet Building Controller. Designed to be a workhorse of the industry, the MACH-Pro2 is rugged, flexible, and ideal for applications like this one. The MACH-ProZone is packed with
flexibility and provides highly scalable inputs and outputs with jumper selectable relay configuration. For VAV control, the dealer installed 33 MACH-ProAir devices with onboard damper motors and airflow sensors, eliminating the need for separate sensors and actuators.

Control Concepts of Ohio used RC-Studio software to design, develop, and deploy the facility’s new building automation system. This easy-to-use BACnet Advanced Operator Workstation is the ultimate all-in-one engineering tool from Reliable Controls to help facility managers improve operational efficiency, increase comfort and engagement, and achieve their sustainability goals. And using RC-Remote Access software, the dealer simplified IT management and improved data communications in the building in a way that’s affordable, scalable, and secure.

Special thanks are due to Kevin Taylor, senior project manager, who shepherded this project from approval to completion.
